The complaints filed by citizens and residents of the country to the Greek Ombudsman have reached a new record according to the statistics of the Independent Authority’s 2019 Annual Report, which was sent on Tuesday, 31 March to the Speaker of the Hellenic Parliament, Mr. Konstantinos Tassoulas, electronically and by post due to the measures against covid-19.
