Acceptance of the Ombudsman’s proposal to protect agricultural subsidies against attachment
Protection against attachment, offsetting of debts and any kind of withholding of the basic subsidy, green subsidy, subsidies to young farmers and specific cotton subsidy, up to the amount of seven thousand five hundred (7,500) EUR per year, has been provided for in Article 12 of the recent Law 4587/18.
