Consultation Day for the Strategic Plan of the Ombudsman

How can the Ombudsman be more useful and efficient? How will it best promote its actions and improve its cooperation with the Administration for the benefit of the people of the country?

Among other things, these questions were raised during the consultation process between the staff of the Independent Authority, representatives of the public administration and non-governmental organisations and other institutions, including representative from the National Ombudsman of the Netherlands.
